This website is operated by Designworks (NZ) Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Designworks. Our Service includes a store, which is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

If you are a New Zealand resident, then all fees are inclusive of GST and in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated. If you are not a New Zealand resident, then all fees are, unless otherwise stated, in New Zealand dollars and do not include GST.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the Service and our other products and services that appear on this site, including at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
